• Book the number of climbers in your party.

  • $21 per person aged 6 years and over and $17 aged 5 years and under.

  • If you have 10 or more in your party then buy a power pass: $19 per person aged 6 and over and $15 per person aged 5 and under

• Book your party room. The cost to book your party room is $70 (downstairs themed room) or $120 (upstairs mezzanine, minimum 12 people) for one and a half hours.

• Bring your own food or let Rocktopia do all the work and cater your party for only $15 per person.

Rocktopia Party Pack ($15 per person)

• ROCK ON PARTY PACK- Pizza, hot chips, chicken nuggets, juice box and lolly bowl for all climbers!

• Booking times cannot be guaranteed; we reserve the right to move your party time in the event of a double booking.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book & confirm a party booking
• The balance must be paid by card on or before the event day.
• The menu needs to be finalised 3 days before the date of the event, no changes will be accepted post this.
• Rescheduling or canceling a booked event within 48 hours of the date of the event is not permitted and the deposit amount will be forfeited, however, rescheduling before the 48 hours will be accommodated subject to availability.
• We take the safety of everyone in your party very seriously, however, we cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries incurred from customers who do not use the equipment correctly or as instructed. It is your responsibility to adhere to our supervision ratios, as follows:
  • 1 Adult to every 2 Children aged <5 years:
    • Parent guardian within reach at all times
  • 1 Adult to every 4 Children aged 6-9 years:
    • Parent guardian within reach at all times
  • 1 Adult to every 6 Children aged 10-13 years:
    • Parent guardian within eyesight at all times
• You are welcome to bring your own food/drink however we do not have any equipment available on-site for heating, cooking, or refrigerating food. All leftover food must be taken with you once your party is finished.
• Clip ‘n Climb Mount Maunganui reserves the right to make necessary changes to all party room packages and party times if needed.
• If you are booking our mezzanine, please note:
  • You accept and agree to adhere to the rules and responsibilities of hiring the mezzanine:
    • You agree to not make any changes to the set up of space (tables/chairs etc.) unless prior arranged with a Rocktopia supervisor
    • You agree to not going over boundary ropes to play on boulder mats.
    • You agree to ensure the safety of your guests by making sure children are not climbing on furniture to look over/ sit on the balcony
    • You agree to inform staff as soon as possible of any damage to Rocktopia equipment during the time of the hire
    • You understand that Rocktopia staff reserve the right to ask you to leave and/or seek Supervisor support if in continuous breach of Rocktopia policy or staff instruction
      • Rocktopia reserves the right to cancel the booking if in continuous breach

We are committed to not using plastic bottles and where possible recycling all our other products.

With all rubbish, we do ask that customers take their non-recyclable rubbish with them (compostable bag supplied) and put all the other rubbish in our recycle bins provided.
